SERVICES
Build the story before the world has to explain itself.
I help teams and founders make complex ideas tangible: world building, IP exploration, investor preparation, fundraising narratives, and public speaking that brings the room into the story.
Developing the internal logic, mythology, and rules that hold a property together across film, print, and games.
Identifying and securing the intellectual property foundation a concept is built on before it becomes the story.
Packaging a project’s story, market, and potential into material investors can act on.
Crafting the pitch and narrative framing that moves a room, not just a deck.
Talks and appearances on storytelling, world-building, and creative structure.
Quantum Tactical Innovations is a place for ideas that refuse to stay in their lane.
We start with something interesting—a story, an observation, a problem, a question—and follow it further than might seem reasonable.
Because the most interesting ideas rarely arrive knowing what they are.
A story may become a film. A film may reveal a larger world. A world may become a book, a game, a series, a product, an experience, or something for which there isn’t yet a convenient category.
Our job isn’t to force an idea toward a predetermined destination. It’s to explore it deeply enough that the possibilities begin to reveal themselves.
That means building worlds. Developing characters. Writing stories. Designing experiences. Creating pitch decks and visual language. Testing extensions. Finding connections between things that initially appear unrelated. And occasionally discovering that the thing we thought we were making isn’t the most interesting thing there.
Much of what we do lives in the space between those two truths.
QTI was founded by entrepreneur and writer Jonathan Blitt as a home for creative exploration without artificial boundaries between storytelling, strategy, technology, design, and business.
We don’t believe every idea needs to become an empire.
But we do believe every good idea deserves to be explored far enough to discover the world hiding inside it.
THE BLITT METHOD
Creativity is as much about exploration as creation.
Sometimes more.

An idea rarely arrives knowing what it wants to become. A story. A character. A business. A film. A game. A world. Sometimes something for which there isn’t yet a convenient category.
The temptation is to decide too quickly.
We don’t.
We follow observations, contradictions, relationships and possibilities—often well beyond the point where they appear useful.
Because the objective isn’t to impose structure on an idea. It’s to discover the structure already hiding inside it.
We explore.
As understanding deepens, something strange begins to happen. The idea starts producing possibilities of its own.
Characters suggest stories.
Stories reveal worlds.
Worlds suggest experiences, extensions and opportunities we couldn’t have planned at the beginning.
Eventually, creation begins to feel less like invention—and more like discovery.
We don’t begin by deciding what an idea should become. We explore until it tells us.
